Why you shouldn’t be eating too much sugar?
Sugar is the worst enemy of your teeth, it gives you cavities. In extreme cases your teeth might even fall off.
You may develop diabetes over time, because eating too much sugar demands a great amount of insulin to convert it into insoluble glycogen or other forms, when enough insulin isn’t available, glucose builds up in your blood eventually making you diabetic.
One of the most obvious and immediate consequence is that it makes you obese.
Over use of sugars might cause your liver to fail.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly cancers which may be developed by sugars.
It may even cause kidney diseases, heart problems and high blood pressure.
Sugar has an addicting effect, you just can’t stop when you have started.
The bad part about sugar is that it lacks nutrients, making it the worse option to add to your food!
